Thai Nuad Boran

@ Banyan Tree, Yoga Kula, Sole to Soul

Nuad Boran, also called Thai Yoga Massage is a beautiful rebalancing bodywork practice, aimed at opening up energy channels and bringing wellbeing to body and mind. It is an ancient healing system that employs a combination of acupressure, gentle stretching and applied yoga. The massage involves the whole body and is practiced while wearing comfortable clothing. It is sometimes called the ‘lazy person’s yoga’ as many of the movements and stretches relate to yoga postures.
